We manufacture Powder Coating Booths with cyclone recovery and Bag Filter systems. It provides high economy with excellent powder reclamation and provides a clean working environment. VITECH booths are designed for manual, batch and conveyorised operations. They are modular and ergonomically designed with optimum air flow velocities across all the openings. They are well connected to powder recovery cyclones, so as to ensure a powder recovery of 96% plus.

  • Standalone Booths of standard sizes are available for Manual Coatings.

  • Customised Booths for specific configurations can also be provided.

  • Conveyorised Booths for Automatic / Manual Coating are also provided

 
Batch Type Powder Coating Booths (PCBBT)
We design and manufacture a wide range of Powder Coating Booths for Manual Batch operations. These Booths are Custom designed confirming to international standards and ideal for coating jobs of different sizes. They are connected to high efficiency Cyclone Recovery units with suitably rated Exhaust Blowers. They are simple to dismantle and clean for easy colour change. The outlet  of the Blowers are fitted with filters to ensure 100 percent clean environment.

Conveyorised Type Powder Coating Booths (PCBCT)

These Booths are designed for continous coating on the components as they pas through the Booth using Automatic or Manual Powder Spray Guns according to the line speed. The Booths feature

·         Ergonomically Designed for Operator Convenience

·         Connected to high efficiency Cyclone Recovery units for Powder Recovery
