Batch Type Hot Air Oven (HAOB)
We manufacture standard and customized drying ovens of all sizes for batch as well as conveyorised operations.These ovens are used to remove surface moisture on the phosphated component prior to painting operation, for baking of painted and Powder Coated Components,Moisture removal and any Drying operation. Our ovens are engineered to maintain precise temperature control over a wide range of temperature for different paint finishes. Conveyorised Type Hot Air Oven (HAOC)

We manufacture Straight Tunnel Ovens, Camelback, A-Zone type Ovens for Conveyorised lines for Continous production Lines. Adequately sized Hot Air Generators are provided with suitable heating medium such as Diesel, LPG, or Electrical. Uniform heat distribution is ensured by Hot Air Blowers and specially designed Ducting System. We provide our unique design Hot Air Seal at the ends of the Oven to prevent heat losses.

Hot Air Generators

Ambient air is heated upto 300 deg C by circulating the air using Blower thro the HAG.The heat from the burnt fuel is transferred to the circulating air directly or indirectly and circulated in the Oven.

Our range of Hot Air Generators uses gas or diesel as fuel heating medium. These are designed using latest technology to ensure better performance even under extreme working conditions. Our range is available in various specifications and can be customized as per client’s specifications.
